These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, participation in breathwork sessions, and engagement with our offerings, including one-on-one sessions, group events, memberships, and online materials. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services.

Services Provided

Breathe with KB offers breathwork sessions, workshops, memberships, and related educational content intended to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and personal growth. All sessions — whether virtual or in-person — are designed to support holistic well-being and self-awareness. However, our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being before, during, and after any session.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in services through Breathe with KB. By engaging in any session or using this site, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and current. If you are participating in a group or event on behalf of another person or organization, you acknowledge that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Payments and Booking

All payments for breathwork sessions, memberships, and events are processed through secure third-party platforms, including Venmo and Square. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We do not collect or store your full financial information on our servers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received, and you will receive a confirmation email with details and instructions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend a session will result in a forfeited payment. Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Breathe with KB, and any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. For group sessions or events, cancellation policies may vary and will be communicated during registration.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Breathwork is a powerful practice that can affect the body and emotions in profound ways. By participating in any session, you acknowledge that you have consulted with your healthcare provider and have disclosed any relevant physical or mental health conditions that may impact your participation. Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with serious cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, severe asthma, or recent major surgery. Participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in any session, event, or activity offered by Breathe with KB, you agree that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathe with KB, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from your participation or use of our services. You release and hold harmless Breathe with KB and its representatives from any liability connected with your participation in breathwork or related activities.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, graphics, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Breathe with KB and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
